Steven S. Smith, J.D. is the lead mediator.  Steve practiced law and mediation in Colorado before moving to Puerto Rico. He received certification in civil mediation as well as training through a court-sponsored dispute resolution foundation. 

 

Steve's legal practice emphasized contract disputes as well as business mergers and formations. In addition to his legal background he is currently the owner/manager of a small inn and a principal in a maritime services corporation.
